Tasting regional dishes

"FLAVOURS OF VALAIS" (cont.)

The label is awarded by a committee elected by Gastrovalais and the ‘Association hôtelière du Valais’. It is run by the ‘Chambre Valaisanne d'Agriculture’, who support establishments awarded labels by recommending them on its website www.agrivalais.ch and by other means of communication.
Restaurants awarded labels are checked regularly, and receive annually a dated sticker showing that the establishment still meets quality requirements.
