The windows of restaurants are often invaded by a forest of labels. It is difficult for the customer to get to know or to taste true regional dishes.
By hanging the sign “Flavours of Valais” on his door, the restaurant owner wanting to promote regional products is thus meeting a demand and guaranteeing the authenticity of his dishes.
