It is sold under the appellation Fendant du Valais AOC or under the communal appellation of the area of production, vineyard or estate. The Fendant is emblematic of the Valais. It is excellent as an aperitif or for drinking anytime with guests. Dry, clean-tasting, well-bred and prickly it is the wine for all ages, all conversations, and all situations.
