OEIL-DE-PERDRIX

A rosé made exclusively from Pinot Noir, the Oeil-de-Perdrix owes its enchanting and iridescent colour to that grape. The wine develops hues which range from coppery gold to salmon pink, depending on the length of time it is vatted with the skins. Its finesse and harmonies of fruit and flower aromas accompany a long and elegant palate that is opulent, fresh and supple. A wine that is best drunk young.
