DÔLE BLANCHE
Although this is officially categorised as a white wine, Dôle Blanche is related to the red Dôle in that it is produced from the same grapes, which are pressed as for white wine instead of being vatted. The appeal of its style is increasing with the growing popularity of highly spiced and seasoned food, which demands well-structured wines. Fresh and full-bodied on the palate, Dôle Blanche combines the charm and vivacity of white wine with the foundation of red wine in a fine, well-rounded and balanced whole. It is a wine to be drunk within two years.
