FENDANT

The Chasselas Fendant is grown all over the Valais, representing more than 30% of the total plantings. Cultivated as a table grape in most winegrowing regions, it has been adapted for the vat in French-speaking Switzerland, where it is appreciated for its fresh fruity character and delicacy.
